Cloudflare nameservers are operational. The issue with http://example.com/ may be due to DNS propagation (up to 48 hours) or a misconfigured DNS record.

Steps to Resolve

Verify and correct DNS records for http://example.com/ in the Cloudflare Dashboard. Toggle proxy status if needed.
Check propagation status using What's My DNS across networks.

If unresolved after 48 hours, provide error logs for further analysis.
